Obituary for Lorraine "Sam" Siwek
Lorraine "Sam" Siwek of Minneapolis, MN and West Bloomfield, MI passed away peacefully at age 74.
Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Frances Siwek, brothers, Joseph Jr and John Siwek;and sister-in-law, Judy Siwek. Survived by sister, Mary Ann Dombeck- Anderson, 14 nieces and nephews, their children and grandchildren, and many cousins and friends.

Memorial Service at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH CHAPEL (1918 University Ave. NE) Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior.
