Jeremy L. Baldy, Age 40, Osseo. Passed away unexpectedly April 18, 2018. Survived by parents Terrence Baldy, and Kathryn Jensen, siblings Matthew (Dawn), Justin (Kanaka), and Brianna. Nephew Sanjay, grandmother Audrey Bultman, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends both in Minnesota and Florida. Jeremy loved being with his family and friends and was a huge Vikings fan. He will be deeply missed and left us much too soon. His memorial service will be held Thursday, April 26th, 2018 at 11am at the Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel 1385 107th Avenue Blaine, MN 55434. 763-783-1100.
